Most of my clients would rather not think about their computers at all. They want their email to open, their photos to be safe, the printer to print and the Wi‑Fi to reach the garden.
I specialise in helping people who aren't very tech savvy. I'm patient, I don't rush, and I never make anyone feel foolish for asking. Everything is explained in plain English, at your pace, and written down if you'd like to keep it.
Every arrangement is bespoke, client to client. No call centre, no ticket numbers, no scripts.
I've been taking computers apart and putting them back together since I was eight. That curiosity became a career: more than eight years of proven IT experience across corporate service desks, managed service providers and freelance work, supporting everything from Microsoft 365 and networking to printers, phones and access systems. What I bring to your home is the same standard, without the corporate distance.

Preventative maintenance
Scheduled check-ups: updates, disk and battery health, backups tested, security reviewed, clutter removed. Problems caught while they are still small.
Hardware and software fixes
Slow machines, failing drives, broken screens, misbehaving programs, printers and Wi‑Fi. Diagnosed properly and repaired, or replaced only when it truly makes sense.
Licensed software, done right
Help choosing and obtaining genuine licences for Windows, Microsoft 365, Adobe, antivirus and the rest, at the right price, installed and activated for you.
New computers and full builds
Impartial advice on what to buy. If you'd like a machine built to your needs, I specify it, build it, set it up and move everything across from your old one.
Remote support
With your permission I can connect securely to your Windows or Mac and fix most issues while you watch, without waiting for a visit.
Privacy and security
Simple, secure sign-in with two-step verification, and protection from the scam calls and texts that target people in Hungary. Set up in a way you'll actually keep using, with confidential, professional assistance whenever you need it.

Over the years I've built relationships with every kind of technology service in the city: specialist repairers, data-recovery labs, suppliers, installers, internet providers. Whatever the job, I know who does it well.
